Is there a way to set the e-mail sent to users to show a small logo graphic? Would I need to modify mail.php to accomplish this? I’ve tried sending the message in HTML format with the proper tags but many of our users are just seeing the tag and not our little logo. Maybe I need to send the graphic as an attachment? Can geeklog do this?
Thanks!

Geeklog does not support emailing attachments. But if you add a link to the image, it should display properly.

The actual problem may be somewhere else: Many email clients don't display images automatically any more for fear of "trackback" images or attempts to inject malicious scripts.

bye, Dirk

Thanks Dirk. I suspected it was a client security issue. Thanks again, -P

Can the "mail users" feature be modified to allow sending attachments?

I think the "mail users" utility is one of the most underestimated functions in GL. Woul dbe nice to make it FCK aware and permit pictures and attachements.
