I do not see a block or anything for downloads????

the tar I downloaded contained one binary file only named filemgmt_v1.2_1.3.6, it has no otherfiles and therefor no instructions.

Filemgmt 1.3RC3 Beta is out and it works Great thanks to Blaine!

The Latest final release was Filemgmt Plugin ver 1.2


In either case here are the HTML Install Instructions
Which I must add WAS inside the file both the TGZ file on this site and the ZIP files from portalparts.com.
