Can the Comments module and Send Mail modules be attached to any pages, static or dynamic, in some way, for example attaching this functions to the Mig gallery ?

Comments and sending mail aren't really modules.

I guess it would be possible to write a plugin that makes Geeklog's comments available in MIG, but that would be a bit of work.

There's no separate "send email" function that could be reused - and there's not much code needed for it anyway. Writing an email form should be easy (you could reuse some of the existing templates) and the actual sending of the email can be done with Geeklog's COM_mail function.
