One problem i've found with the gameserver theme is that I couldn't get the forum colors to look right. So I thought I would help out the community and post the style.css info below. The forum is located here .

This CSS is only relevant for the new Forum plugin Release 2.3RC3 or previous Release Candidates for the upcoming 2.3 release.

This is the New CSS entries that are for the forum and would be added to your theme style.css file. Vadertech has tweaked the provided CSS definitions.

Thx a lot !

As the other people before me, I guess I won an extra time of night sleep thanks to you Such a simple contribution and yet so helpful. If everyone, just as you did, took a little time to share their solutions our lifes would be much easier

Anyone have a clue where to change the default black background where the category names are?

A small cosmetic thing, I know, but I'm looking everywhere in the style sheet... course... maybe it's not in there... which is why I'm asking. Very Happy

Great info, thanks. One thing though, the top portion of the forum thread lists have a white background still. Its the part with these words:

Topic Subject Views Replies Author Last Post

I'll see what I can find.

Found it in the styles.css file. Its the hex color value FFFFFF near the top of the forum additions:

#forumheading { text-align:left; background-color: #FFFFFF; }
.forumtext { color: #000; }
.forumclass1 { text-align:left; background-color: #BFBFBF; }
.forumclass2 { text-align:left; background-color: #CCCCCC; }
.forumclass3 { text-align:left; background-color: #EFEFEF; }
.forumclass4 { text-align:left; background-color: #CCCCCC; }
.forumoutline { background-color: #CCCCCC; }

I changed mine to 2E4166 (a shade of blue). I came back to post this for all others at my same newb status. Smile

Mine doesn't have a white background. Keep in mind that this is for version 2.3RC3 so if you are using a later version there could be some changes. Anyway i'm glad it's helped people. Feel free to download the forum images from here if you want to remove the white outline the default forum images use.
