How to get a list of members of the site ?

How to limit ( like time range of events ) how many names will appear in the list of who is online so that a very long list does not push away the other blocks beyond visibility ? Is there some parameter in the config.php but I do not seem to find.

BTW, like Roberts I am also unable to delete the personal events and I am not sure how to incoporate thiose cvs files

If you are refering to the "whosonline" block, that function is found now in lib-common.php. to limit the list of names you have but to add a "...LIMIT 25" or some other number to the end of your SELECT statement.

or, a better idea would be to edit the output so that the list appears in a scroll box, the size of which is up to you and your particular theme. I don't know if that is what you are looking for or if it will work because I haven't tried it, but give it a shot and let me know.

The Forum Plugin has this feature built-in. Under your User-Block->Forum Features.
