phpLinks help PLEASE

My anon users are being asked to log in when trying to add a phplink.
I left a message for Squatty and he said 'in phplinks/includes/add.php There's an if statement that checks if a user is logged in'.
I asked Squatty for a little more info/help but he must be busy, so can someone else PLEASE point me in the right direction.
