Please Help con some one tellme way is this happening?

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../../../lib-common.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/tlapadi/public_html/geeklog/forum/admin/install.php on line 52

The plugins admin related files should be placed under /home/tlapadi/public_html/geeklog/admin/plugins/forum by the looks of your directory setup.

Review these directions in addition to the install_doc for the plugin. The Image that I have created as part of these directions should explain the directory setup.
