...other charset on feedback? Now in my site & feeedback is same charset, and croatian letters cannot be viewed.
Try set on system/classes/rss.feed.class.php

var $_feedlang = 'hr_HR';
var $_feedencoding = 'iso-8859-2';

but in liferea in my site no HR letters. Try check on other croatian sites and cro letters is OK.

This problem exist only on rss 2.0 ... in old rss work fine

The language and character set should be set in the "Content Syndication" Admin panel, not in the feed classes' source code ...
