I have 2 galleries on my site. and I was wondering if I could have both of those galleries merge into one geeklog.

That makes absolutely no sense.

Did you want to combine the two gallery's to one?
Did you want to use some type of Geeklog plugin like Geekary?

If you want to combine the two, try gallery.sf.net for help. Make sure you downloaded the newest Geeklog/Gallery Integration by reading here.

I don't see a problem, as long as the galleries are in separate directories. Why don't you just try it out and let us know how it goes?

There are issues with namespace/context/environment when using two gallery installation on a geeklog.. I have been fighting this for the last day or so. please se my thread in "block development" section.
