I know that a cursory version of this plugin is already available, but the package contains no installation instructions, and from the discussions, the existing journal plugin seems like it needs some work.

As an educator, I could really use this plugin for my site. Does anyone have any plans to either update the existing journal plugin or write directions for installation? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

It seems to work great. you just need to update the plug in yourself.
Read here
The only problum I'm having with it and don't know how to fix cuz I am PHP stuped.

Is the box that comes up on your site that shows the last Jurnals people did is geting way to long.

Dirk, I know you told us were to do it. But let me remind you that I AM PHP STUPED! LOL Oops!

But here is a cool sugestun for that plugin.
Make the box only show Jurnals updated in say like the last 3 days.
And thin add a link saying something like "Click here to see Last updates of all Jurnals" And have that page bring you to a ceneter page that well show them all.

That well work better with most sites and I well show you much much love. Mr. Green
