Don't have permission? Please help

I was adding links to my GL and all of a sudden I started getting a dont have permission msg. I am logged on as admin and my password is being accepted, but I can't open any of the admin features. Can someone please help me?

It seems my hosting co. Locked me out of admin because I was using a lot of resources. I had this problem with my old links script. Is the GL Jack K
