HTMLArea Error

I installed HTMLArea last night and it seems to be working ok except for an error I get back from IE. When I try to edit a static page I get "Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site http://test.klings.com/admin/plugins/staticpages/index.php? mode=edit&sp_id=20031009194452581. Operation Aborted."
If I click the back button it comes up, or if I click refresh it will come up.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Have I got some sort of path problem? I am using IE6 on Win XP.
