I've had no luck getting GL to work on my site. Hosted by yahoo, it is running PHP 4.3 and mysql. After checking paths, all that I get is the page in constant REFRESH mode, but never actually displays the page. ??? Any ideas?

Can you post a link to a phpinfo page? Meaning, what are the php settings of your host?---Danny @ squatty.com

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm pretty new at this whole thing, alhtough I learned enough to get my GL site running on my home pc. Anyhow, I had Dave from OpenCMS doing the install and he ran into the same problems.

I had a buddy have the exact same error happen. The only thing he had done differently that I was 2 things. Firstly he played with the coolie settings in the Config file and he extrated the file using winzip. Once he unzipped the file with winrar and did not polay with the cookie settings all was a go. No a solution but an idea.

I asked you here whether you were using 1.3.7 or 1.3.7sr1. Some other people previously had this problem with 1.3.7, but I thought it was fixed. If you're using sr1, I pointed out what section of code to comment out to stop the cycling. If this is the way to fix yours, then you'll probably need to "fix" your cookies too.

GL doesn't use all the parameters in all their cookies. This causes problems at least on my system.

What he means is create a file with a .php extension with this content in it: <?php phpinfo(); ?> When the file is accessed, it will display a bunch of settings. This helps in troubleshooting problems.

It is the sr1 build. and after re-sending and reconfiguring GL (for the third time), the constant REFRESH is gone. But, it now loads one blank page. I've run the Install from Admin/Install and it has no problem building the db tables, but once finished, when it should load Success.php, it loads a blank page. admin info url for the site is: http://pcmoch.org/public_html/admin/install/info.php Any other ideas?
