Losing Portal Blocks and Ordering

Have to say that Geeklog is superb. After installing a pre-production site I find it hard not to tinker! You may know about this problem already and hope you can help. I have added a few portal RSS feeds for news. It seems to be a bit hit and miss whether they appear or not on pages. After adding a couple yesterday they finally appeared where they were supposed to after changing the sections, saving, then changing the block sections selection back to where they should be. Added a couple more non-portal blocks today and the portal blocks on the right side where the changes were made have disappeared again - nothing I do seems to bring 'em back. Any ideas?

Yeah, there is a problem with portal blocks (which was reported here some days ago, but I can't seem to find it right now): When you edit a portal block, it disappears. It should, however, reappear after one hour. Or you could, when you edit it, clear the "Last RDF Update" edit field in the block editor. Hope that helps. bye, Dirk

Thanks for that Dirk. Makes me feel a lot better knowing that it is a reported problem and thanks for the workaround. You're doing a great job and am looking forward to upgrading Geeklog when the next version is released. Cheers, Clive
