I want to hide the following options for users in Article Editor:
ID

Cache Time

Publish Options

Archive Options
How can I achieve that?

Not very easily for the actual Article Editor. You could do it with css but then they would disappear for everyone. Plus they would still be there and a savvy user could still manipulate them.

You could use the Contribute like:

https://www.example.com/submit.php?type=story

This uses a basic article form that allows any user to submit an article which puts it in the article submissions queue. This does not allow them to edit other articles though.
