Restrict options in Article Editor

Not very easily for the actual Article Editor. You could do it with css but then they would disappear for everyone. Plus they would still be there and a savvy user could still manipulate them.
You could use the Contribute like:
https://www.example.com/submit.php?type=story
This uses a basic article form that allows any user to submit an article which puts it in the article submissions queue. This does not allow them to edit other articles though.
