Is there a forum section in the script?
if not, can I install any forum like smf or phpbb that users already on my website can access without registering again on my smf of phpbb?
They should be able to log into my forum with their user details of my geek site

Yes we have a forum plugin that integrates directly into Geeklog and uses the same users and security features. It is the same forum that is installed here on Geeklog.net that you are using right now.
