Smooth Scroll

When you implement scrolling to an anchor, don't use UIkit, ie. data-uk-smooth-scroll. It is stuttering just before finishing animation. Instead, use animation of jquery. It is truely smooth.

It is Uikit 2.
The issue seems complicated and it occurs not always, but quite frequently. I checked other website using data-uk-smooth-scroll, adding another anchor with data-uk-smooth-scroll then the issue reproduced.

Ahh that is why I didn't notice it as I usually always use just one anchor.


BTW OMAL you should be able to login into your account. I set it back to active when we last talked.
