Hi

I deleted all GeekBook plugins with FTP, not the correct way I can see now.
I get problems after logging in, call stack:

E_WARNING(2) - require_once....plugins/GeekBook/functions.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or director..............public_html/lib-common.php line 9051

Call Stack
# Function File Line
1 require_once /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/public_html/lib-common.php 9051
2 require_once /xx/xx/xx/x/faunogfiskarlaget.net/public_html/index.php 35

Where can I manually fix this? Have deleted GeekBook from database too.

Any using Geeklog anymore?
...what, me?

You should of first removed the plugin from Geeklog using the Plugins Administrator.

Since you already removed the tables you will need to disable the plugin (either by phpmyadmin if you know sql) or by downloading Geeklog and putting the install folder back under admin and running the install to run the rescue script (link located in top right of install page). From the rescue script you can disable the plugin.

You will then need to uninstall the plugin (by putting the files back first) and uninstalling it from the plugin admin interface. Hopefully this will work as you have already removed the tables so their may be issues with your site.

Make sure you backup your site before doing any changes.

Thanks, better, but there were problems with 4 more plugins, had to disable them too.

And got this with the gallery:
Could not acquire lock (/xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/xx/xx/albumdb.dat.lock)!

Never seen this before.

Why would you be having problems with 4 other plugins? Removing the files from the other plugin should not have affected these.

It's hard to say why you are getting the error from the gallery. I am not too familiar with the plugin plus we need more info

What versions of Geeklog and the Gallery plugin are you using?
Where is this error being reported?
What is the full error message?

Hi

Did all again, slowly with a single malt, all OK so far.

Regarding Gallery, found solution:

"Go to your system admin and click on the preferences link from the gallery module icon. Look for this option:

Use flock()?

Gallery uses a locking system called flock() for added protection against data corruption. This is not supported on all platforms. If you're seeing errors like Could not acquire lock then set this value to no"

(but I did go into config.php - faster and less problems)

...and a little more when I try to change themes:

E_WARNING(2) - preg_match(): Empty regular expression @ /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/xx/system/classes/config.class.php line 1867

Call Stack
# Function File Line
1 preg_match /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/xx/system/classes/config.class.php 1867
2 _validates /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/xx/system/classes/config.class.php 1606
3 updateConfig /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/xx/admin/configuration.php 609

I have 2.1.1.

When did these errors start happening?

After an upgrade or when you deleted the plugin?

Well, I'm not sure, think they have been there for some time. After update to 2.1.1, plugin problem was later.

Another problem too:

Incorrect path or mysqldump is not executable.
Check $ _DB_mysqldump_path defined in config.php.
The variable is now set to: / usr / bin / mysqldump (Which I cannot find right now)

When I check admin, config page; the paths in tab-paths are correct.

Edt:
saw that some files was missing, used ftp to upload them, then got this:
E_WARNING(2) - array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given @ /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/system/classes/config.class.php line 1065

Call Stack
# Function File Line
1 array_key_exists /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/system/classes/config.class.php 1065
2 _UI_get_tab /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/system/classes/config.class.php 965
3 get_ui /xx/xx/xx/xx/faunogfiskarlaget.net/xx/admin/configuration.php 625

What best to do?
New install to the old database?

Did mysqldump work before?

You have a lot going on with missing files and the paths being missed up etc...

Do you have an older backup you can use before this issue started to happen?

If not you should probably refresh all the files and then run the migration from the install (selecting on the current database). This will reset your paths to whatever information you give during the migration. You could also run the rescue script and check your paths from there but you will need to know what they should be before hand.

(remember to backup everything if you haven't done it already)

Yes, mysqldump worked before, but there are noe files in the directory: /usr/bin/mysqldump

Most are sorted out, but still cannot change themes (don't know where to start) , guess I will do what you suggest.

I have old databases.

A little fun to do all this again, long time since I sat with geeklog...

Thanks for your help.
