Solution found.

Just phpmyedit this DB, find "owner_name", than find s:15:"Peter Panpanpan"; and replace to s:0:"";
After I do it, I can go to the /admin/, Configuration, and now I can change "Owner Name"... I don't know, why.
May be some update troubles...

The same with the date - PhpMyAdmin, DB, ol_conf_values, date, Edit, s:0:"";
After that go to the Site_Admin, Config-n, Languages and Locale, Locale and fix the date format.

Thats All, folks Wink

Do you know why the error started?

Did you change servers or something?
