Feedbach problem

Hi! I have installed Feedback hack but i get an error when trying to send feedback-message:
"Sorry, but your message cannot be send. Please try latter"

After that I get e-mail on my admin address with wrong encoding.

Did you try the Feedback feature in the jQuery plugin?
