Problem with configuration.php

Hi. I have problem when I try open /admin/configuration.php. I see next text:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/configuration.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Interesting that all links in the admin block still working correctly (like /admin/topic.php, /admin/user.php, /admin/plugins/polls/index.php)

does /admin/configuration.php exist?
are the file permissions set to 644?

File /admin/configuration.php is exist.
Permission is set to 644.
I don't change anything before.

I'd delete it and re-upload a fresh copy, something is going on there w/ server permissions.
That is not a geeklog error, it is a server error.
