Need help upgrading

I have an old Geeklog version 1.3.8-1sr3 that i need help upgrading. The site is www.planetdouglas.com. I don't have the time to do it myself and need someone with experience to take on the project. My current hosting company no longer provides any support for Geeklogs and i was planning to move the site to inmotionhosting.com. I don't post to the site often but would hate to just give it up all together. Unfortunately the site has become a black hole for spam, and I hope upgrading it will solve those problems. Please email me with an estimate of how much you would charge and your availability. Thank you. Oh yeah...worst upgrade post ever.
