Can't access items on the configuration page

When i'm on the configuration page, I can't access any of the links on the left hand side of the page. Anybody have any ideas. These don't work | | V Site Stories and Trackback Theme Blocks Users and Submissions Images Languages and Locale Miscellaneous I get the following error on the bottom left of IE. Line: 70 Char: 1 Error: Object expected Code: 0

Oh yeah. I found another post where user had the same issue. I checked and javascript is installed and working.

Could be a theme issue. Are you using something other than the Professional theme?

Also check that the contents of the javascript directory are up to date - therr were some code changes there in 1.7.0.
