I know I have bunch of spammy comments and I can't see them all, is there a way to show all the comments on my site, so I can mass delete them?

Or to show the last 20 comments like other CMS systems can do, so in this case, I can easily remove them.

You can create a php block. See the code.

If you are using Geeklog 1.7.0, the "What's New" block will now show all of the latest comments from stories and other plugins.

or

If you know what Spammy words were used you could add them into SPAMX and then run the "Mass Delete Spam Comments" option.
