problem with new user login

I upgraded GL from 1.5.1 to 1.6.1 by fantastiko deluxe in my cPanel
when I login as Admin - everything is OK and working well

but when new user login as simply user, and doing first click on the site - he is broken from the site

where is the problem?

What do you mean by "is broken from the site"? Are they logged out?

It is a bit dificult to understand what fantastico did. Did anything else change like paths, subdomain etc.?
