Upgrade Version: Geeklog 1.6.1sr1

Issue:
Fatal Errors Upon Migration.
1) When I go to www.v1.pr3knights.com (Which is where my Geeklog is located). I get this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function com_gettextcontent() in /home/prknigh1/public_html/system/lib-story.php on line 328
It tries to call somewhere that's not even located in the subdomain... ._.


2) When I try to sign in, it gives me this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function com_output() in /home/prknigh1/public_html/v1/users.php on line 1264
I don't even get it.

and there are many, many more errors. I do not know where I went wrong - or how. I really just need plain help.
If you need to contact me - I'm often on the Geeklog IRC or just respond to this thread. My IRC name is the same as the the OP's name and I'll looking forward to your response...
