My site is showing up without any format at all, but no error messages: http://www.urbanyouthinitiative.org/

I have checked the config URLs but still nothing works...any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Adding a /index.php to that URL, I see you've get it mostly working now.

Was that initial problem with a certain theme that you tried to install or did that happen with the default Professional theme?

It was a problem with both themes. I finally did a 3rd fresh install and was able to get the mind-break theme working, but now I am having an issue with the menu display. I am not sure what happened, but the menu was showing fine then it disappeared after I added static pages to the menu. Any ideas on where I should look to correct this? I've looked at the theme's style.css file but don't see anything strange in the navbar code:

Text Formatted Code
/* Navbar Class CSS ***********************************************************/
#navcontainer {
  float:left;
  width:100%;
  background:#F4F4F4;
  font-size:93%;
  line-height:normal;
  border-bottom:1px solid #24618E;
  }
#navcontainer ul {
  margin:0px;
  padding:10px 10px 0 50px;
  list-style:none;
}
#navcontainer li {
  display:inline;
  margin:0px;
  padding:0px;
}
#navcontainer a {
  float:left;
  background:url("navbar/images/tableftJ.gif") no-repeat left top;
  margin:0px;
  padding:0px 0px 0px 5px;
  text-decoration:none;
}
#navcontainer a span {
  float:left;
  display:block;
  background:url("navbar/images/tabrightJ.gif") no-repeat right top;
  padding:5px 15px 4px 6px;
  color:#000000;
}

#navcontainer a:hover span {
  color:#FFFFFF;
}
#navcontainer a:hover {
  background-position:0% -42px;
}
#navcontainer a:hover span {
  background-position:100% -42px;
}
#navcontainer a#current span {
  background:url("navbar/images/tabrightI.gif") no-repeat left top;
  background-position:100% -42px;
  color:#FFFFFF;
}
/* Commented Backslash Hack hides rule from IE5-Mac \*/
#navcontainer a span {
  float:none;
}
/* End IE5-Mac hack */

#navcontainer a:link#current,
#navcontainer a:visited#current,
#navcontainer a:hover#current {
  background:url("navbar/images/tableftI.gif") no-repeat left top;
  background-position:0% -42px;
}

Do you think it's a configuration issue?

I was actually hoping that you would be able to tell me what you did to fix it :wink: For me, it looked like a file corruption issue. It certainly doesn't have anything to do with the CSS - there were entire portions of the HTML missing.

If by "reinstall" you mean that you uploaded the files again, I would hope that it's fixed now. If you only ran the install script again (without replacing files), you may still run into the issue again. Not quite sure where it could be coming from, though.

bye, Dirk
