I just replied to a comment on my site and noticed that only his original comment shows on the page when it refreshes. The config file is set to show 20 on a page. I also change config to display them nested and it didn't change the default of threaded. Not sure how to get more comments to show and have the default display "nested" other than change the setting in the config file.

FWIW, I see both comments on that article and the default is nested.

The comment display mode in config.php is the default for new and anonymous users. You probably have a different setting on your My Account page which will override the default.

The same, possibly, for the number of comments?

Thank you Dirk. That was it. Didn't even know those user settings were there. The user setting was set to show 100 comments but I couldn't see the second comment until I changed it to nested. Now I can see them.
