Embedding a Youtube video in a Geeklog Email to all logged in users

I would love to be able to embed a YouTube video into an email to all. Whenever I test this out, the email comes through, but the area where the video should be is just blank. Is there a work around or special way to make this work? I prefer to have the video right in the Email than a link to it if possible.
