Media Gallery (Version 1.6.0) strips all html tags - how do I allow them? Especially links to a url.

Of what use is the "Alternate URL" dialog box on the 'image edit' page? The URL does not appear to show up anywhere.

'htmlallowed' is set to true in cfgedit.php

I can not edit the file from the System Options in the Calendar admin page. I get this error msg
An error has occurred:
2 - file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/jhead) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/albemarleweb.com/httpdocs:/tmp) @ /var/www/vhosts/albemarleweb.com/httpdocs/admin/plugins/mediagallery/cfgedit.php line 329

"Media Gallery Administration - 1.6.0
Version Information

Your installation is up to date, no updates are available for your version of Media Gallery"

Oups this is the first time I see this post. Thank you Joe... but I can't find the article http://www.gllabs.org/article.php?story=mg160 and there is no link to download this MG 1.6.0.
