Good morning, I have several questions.

1. I'm using version 1.5.x. Where do I turn on the new user notification?
2. The built in menu across the top no longer exist. I went into the configuration setup link on the left nav and the section it empty. I tried setting it up by adding search, contribute, advanced, polls, etc but they still don't appear across the top. How can I fix this and add more items to the menu/

2. Anything in your error.log, e.g. the dreaded "Unable to unserialize" message?

#2 - No errors logged.

Would reinstalling the Theme fix the problem or is it related to another error?
