Captcha Plugin for Multiple GL sites on one Hosting Account

I have multiple GL sites on one hosting account. I followed the instruction for installing captcha but it does not appear in my admin config section on a new GL site. Am I missing something? I FTP the files as instructed but it still doesn't work.

I guess, if the Captcha Install not appear in the Admin plugin Install section that mean you do something wrong in the ftp files or folders.
