If these are plugins/modules; were can I download these similar or like the plugins used on gl.
reference, your downloads section, and your forum which I am using now.

I searched the downloads section and found a forum mod or plugin but no downloads mod or plugin.

Look for the File Management plugin, that's what we're using for the Downloads section. Available either here or over on Blaine's site.
