Wrong timezone on forum block

Not sure when it started, but I noticed that the forum center block is showing the wrong time zone. Computer time zone appears correct, when you go into the forum the time zone is correct. Any ideas?

Just guessing: Are you using the timezone hack?

I was able to isolate this back to when we started to use OpenX for ad management. I'll have to did through the config files there. Must have missed something.
