Nextide plugins nexlist

Hello People,
Has any of you have experience with the Nextide plugins, especially with nexlist? I get the following error when I try to install it.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugin_getadminoption_nexlist() (previously declared in /home/account/public_html/domain/plugins/nexfile/functions.inc:51) in /home/account/public_html/domain/plugins/nexlist/functions.inc on line 49
I have no idea how to fix this, I hope somebody can help me...
