I installed the plugin correctly, double and triple checked each step.

Bad Behavior doesn't even show in the plugins list to install.

Ideas?

i found the problem that a triple-check didn't catch. i fat-fingered a mkdir on the admin/plugin dir for bb2.

fixed. now i hope it's working....
