among million other problems I had while upgrading to 1.4.1 , i now have problem in registering new user.
after submiting the 2 fields it goes back to the same page with empty fields.

any one knows where to look for the problem?

Which theme are you using? There should be 3 fields - one for the username, one for the email, and an email confirmation field. If you have only two fields, you need to update your theme.
