Strange Error Message

When I submit stories I get the following error message.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1840154 bytes) in /home/tor/public_html/system/classes/syndication/feedparserbase.class.php on line 162
The story gets submitted but I have to use the back button twice to submit another story.

.
Updating the feed shouldn't take that much memory, though. Do you have a lot of stories? Or maybe trying to put a lot more than 10 storied into the feed?
And which Geeklog version is that?
