You guys are the most unprofessional support group i have seen. The replies by Dirk are completely unprofessional. If I ever get the chance, I will talk people out of using your software based on Dirk's replies alone. This is just horrible. I realize you guys are nerds, but you should realize that your clients are not going to want to hear about how stupid they are. They want help, not assholes with a superiority complex. I seriously have not seen anything this bad in a long time. I hope you tank.

Dirk is terse and abrupt. In spoken speech that can be rude. In written speech, it is just concise. You are imagining a rude tone that simply is not there. Support requests here are answered in a timely manner and usually get results within a day or two. That's pretty professional to me. Next time, please provide constructive criticism and avoid threatening to tank Geeklog. Maybe someone will take you seriously then.
