I get this error

An error has occurred:
2 - session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/altermed/public_html/altermedicine/root/config.php:1859) @ /home/altermed/public_html/altermedicine/root/plugins/captcha/functions.inc line 49


rootdebug is true

THis jsut happened when copying some of the files for the new portal parts forum

Any idea?
