I would like to use my system's version of pear,
or add CPAN to the Geeklog pear library, so I can use the FCK editor plugin for DokuWiki.
Any pointers ?
What are the packages geeklog needs in Pear ?
I have installed Mail and dependancies in my systems pear config but still only the geeklog version works...

CPAN? Wrong language - that's for Perl.
Generally speaking, if you need a PEAR package, go to http://pear.php.net/, locate it, download it, put it into system/pear
Unless you have PEAR installed on your server (properly installed, that is), in which case you can do from the command line.
