Although the documentation technically only mentions MySQL, Geeklog also supports MSSQL, right? So what about SQLite? And which mimimum database versions are required for everything except MySQL (because it's already mentioned)?

So no SQLite. But it's time to update the documentation (the installation section) about MS SQL.
