Poll 'comments' do not work in Clean Theme

Poll 'comments' do not work in Clean Theme - Not on my site nor on the Geeklog Demo site. On the demo site, when I am using the "professional theme" i get to the 'poll comment page' . if I change themes on that page it sends me to the log in page. If using the 'clean theme', the 'poll comment' page will not come up.

clean/comment/commentbar.thtml has missing FORM function. Replace missing function with good one from proffesional theme.
uploaded- problem solved.
Good things come to those who wait. Of course it does not hurt to to work like hell while you are waiting.
