The clean theme, on my site, and on the Geeklog demo site also, duplicates the last three or four navigation menu items. I have looked in the Clean folder, but my knowledge is inadequate. I can not find the problem. Help please, and perhaps the solution can also be applied to the Geeklog Demo site as well.

Thank you for bringing that to our attention. In the theme's header.thtml file, please remove the {plg_menu_elements} tag, as it is no longer needed.

The http://demo.geeklog.net clean theme has been updated to reflect the changes, also the archive has been updated too.
