I just set up a user to be a story admin but when logged in, there's no edit link. They cannot edit their stories. Not sure how to activate it for them.

That story must also be in the topic that the story admin can edit.

So one of the solution is to make that topic editable by "story admin."

I don't quite get it. I have to go into each topic and change Access Rights from the default of Topic Admin to Story Admin? I want my writers to be able to put stories into every topic area so I have to do this in every single topic? I have lots.

I don't understand why the permission setting within the story editor isn't sufficient to allow the owner of the story to edit it?

Every time you tell me the answer, I feel how lazy I was, usually because it's late and I'm stressed of course. I have to learn to do a search first before I post a question.

I just tested the search by putting in "story admin" and the link to the page you gave me came up.
