Hi y'all,

I'm trying to uninstall the nettools plugin and here is the error I'm getting into logs/error.log:

Text Formatted Code

Fri 18 Jan 2008 15:05:35 PST - Attempting to unregister the nettools plugin from Geeklog
Fri 18 Jan 2008 15:05:35 PST - 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE name = 'nettools_gid'' at line 1. SQL in question: SELECT value FROM  WHERE name = 'nettools_gid'

Any ideas?

- Marco

PS: Maybe I'm answering my own question, but I'll check the code to see if it's missing a ";"

FROM WHERE

This is the telltale sign that $_TABLES is not in a function's global list. Plugin devs don't really test their uninstall routines much. Smile

So I should probably uninstall it manually, right?

Delete all references to it in the database and remove the appropriate folders.

Should be good I'd think. It's not a complex plugin.
