Believe it or not, I'm now getting "anonymous rating spam" or something from Romania. For some reason, someone is running a script that assigns a rating of "1" to all articles.
Question: How do I change the settings for the Rating Plugin to require users to login to the website before rating an article?
Objective: To eliminate these "anonymous ratings" which are artificially driving things down.
