Language problem

Hi, I'm having problems with language / locale. I upgraded my test site (running on xampp on windows desktop) to GL 1.4.1 from 1.4.0sr5. Language on my site is finnish and locale fi_FI.
Everything is working, but dates are in english. Before update they were in finnish. Everything else is in finnish language as it was before the upgrade.
I don't want to upgrade my production site before this problem is solved...
Can anyone help me?
