how can i let everyone upload pics?

how can i let anyone (not just admin) be able to upload pictues to their story?

This was discussed in an earlier post. The short answer is you can't.
The longer correct answer is that in order to do it you would have to create a new admin group & make tweaks in the security on the story page to deal with it
The easy solution is to install something like media gallery and have people use the image tag to reference the gallery image - you might have to adjust $_CONF['user_html'] to include img tags.
